We purchased a home in through Corie Gorham in April, 2008. We were interested in bank owned properties, foreclosures in progress, short sales, as well as conventional listings, and there were a tremendous number of choices in our price range. Corie was invaluable in narrowing the field to a manageable number, and she showed us many attractive options. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive, often on very short notice. Our e-mails and calls never went unanswered. When we made an offer, Corie stayed with the negotiations constantly until a deal was inked, despite the fact she was in Nashville running a 13k race for several days during that time. We had a very short, 21 day escrow with a financing lock which could not be extended. Corie lined up the inspections and everything moved like clockwork. When, as closing approached, we suspected a roof leak and there was no time to get an inspector out to the house, Corie crawled into the attic 30 feet to make sure there was no moisture or signs of water intrusion.
